Homeowner Beware! We had G&M replace our roof completely. When they initially came out to quote they were very friendly and professional. Then we didn't hear from them for a few weeks. After numerous calls and nearly two months later, they finally promised to show up. The day of work arrived and no one showed up. Several phone calls and days later, they showed up with a disreputable crew of one man and 3 teenageers. It took nearly another month to get all of our work finished. We had to complain several times and involve the owner. We even had to involve our insurance agent since she was the one who recommended them. She called them on a conference call with us listening in and the project manager proceeded to scream at me for having unrealistic expectations. Apparently it is too much to ask for a roofing company to replace a roof per the terms and time frame of their contract. They also tried to bill us incorrectly and that took several tries to get right as well. Terrible company!
