Review content:
Only rating one star because the site will not allow you to put none. We went to go take photos for our school yearbook, and to believe that they make YOU pay to have it in there. Very greedy and horrible business practices. I can't imagine a simple photo could take away so much business, and lost revenue that they make you pay to have a photo in the yearbook. Furthermore, the front desk, (very messy) attendees were inconsiderate and talked constantly while trying to accept my payment for pictures. Unprofessional in every regard. If you are helping a client you help them not talk about your life to the other attendee. But the experience gets worse, after arriving 2-3 minutes early for my "appointment", I was sitting for another 10 minutes waiting. If I was a busy person and things to do it would make more of a difference, but the thing is if you are supposed to have paying clients, then ensure you get them in on time. The last straw was the photographer. He was very Unprofessional, simply said, "sit there, chin up, to the left, right " there was no conversations, or light tone, all business and no hospitality. Horrible experience all together and I would strongly recommend staying as far away as possible from this so called "portrait group".
