Review content:
We ordered flooring with Soud's Quality Carpets & Flooring and when it came in was the wrong color, although the lot number and name were right on the box. So the problem was with the quality control at the manufacturer's. The problem was not really with Soud's.
Soud's couldn't get the color we wanted. So we had to get other flooring elsewhere, but it was not their fault. They were quick to resolve the quality control issue by offering a refund immediately once they saw they could not get the product.
