My experience with BQ Basements.......Years after installation, I continue to get water in my basement with BQ's "Waterproofing System". This company has been to my home several times but unable to successfully resolve this ongoing issue. Two of the technicians that have been out to my home admitted that their system may not be able to handle the amount of water that comes into the basement.\r

After numerous unsuccessful attempts at fixing the water issue, I continued to call the company whenever it rained and water entered my basement. When a representative from the company finally returned my phone calls she said they will not come out to make anymore attempts at resolving this issue, claiming the lifetime warranty only covers water that passes over the perimeter drain. The perimeter drain overflows whenever we got heavy rain leading me to believe both of the technicians were correct with their statements.\r
