I had reserved an SUV through my airline. When I arrived at the Alamo counter, there was no wait (3:00PM) and my car was ready and waiting for me. I had a choice of vehicles, all clean and ready to go. The agent who helped me at the counter could not have been nicer. The shuttle van drivers were courteous and helped with luggage. Both rental check-out and rental return were fast and easy. It was very easy to follow one of the blue Alamo shuttle vans right to the rental return area which also saved time. Overall, the San Diego Alamo Rent A Car team was top notch and provided prompt and courteous service. I will not hesitate to rent here in the future.
