Let me explain a few things to you, first of all it is NOT illegal to charge sixty dollars for a tow in fact if you were only charged sixty dollars then you were only charged a hook up fee and not the dollar amount per mile THAT ALL TOWING COMPANIES CHARGE.\r
You also stated that you were given attitude from the mechanic because your car was towed somewhere else to have it fixed?? We are an auto repair shop not a body shop. We have one tow truck and one driver and considering your address is in california an hour wait doesnt seem unreasonable its actually IMPOSSIBLE! If we actually did tow a vehicle for you then why dont you leave all of your information so as I can pull your record and put it out publicly for all to see. You are slandering our business.. which by the way is illegal. We have been in business for over 30 years with a very loyal customer base.. Otherwise we wouldnt of made it this long.
