My car needed to be towed-- so I called Scooter's. The guy came an hour late without apologizing, then proceeded to drag and damage the front of my car as he pulled it onto the tow truck. Then he lied about it, even though I saw it happen with my own eyes. On top of all of this, the guy that owned the place got an attitude with me on the phone and charged me an extra $60 for the tow (illegally) because he was pissed that I didn't have my car towed to his place to be fixed. I wouldn't take my car within 10 feet of that place! They are extremely rude and have illegal business practices. Someday they are going to end up being sued!
