The docked stars are for the service. Our salesperson, Adam, was nice. He was generally upbeat and patient. He was exceedingly apologetic for the turmoil Rooms to Go gave us. Adam is not the issue. \r

My issue is with the customer service, and general incompetency that seems to be rampant after you purchase an item. \r

We bought two chairs for our living room here. In general, the furniture is not our really our taste, but we stopped there in a "why the hell not" moment. To our surprise, there was some decent stuff here. The two chairs we bought seemed to look much more high-end than their 300 dollar price tag let on. \r

Once we bought the chairs, and the warranty, we were informed that our chairs would be delivered in two days. We thought this was excellent, considering that a similar looking option at another (Highland Village) store was going to take two weeks. \r
