Inner Strength Personal Training specializes in training in the convenience and comfort of the home. Jennica provides all the equipment needed for training. The home environment is an effective safe place for clients’ to break down the walls of old habits and finds the strength to replace them with new healthy new habits. She builds tailored fitness and nutrition programs for all her clients to fit their needs and goals. Fitness programs focus on a range of areas including: flexibility, core, speed agility and quickness, balance, plyometrics, resistance/strength training, and cardio. Jennica takes clients through 5 phases to build on their physical growth and ability. Phase one is stability, followed by muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength, and ending on power. All phases incorporate sound nutrition and are built in accordance to the clients’ goals. She believes that successful lifelong changes are established by combining the power of the mind with the body.
