Most of the reviews writing here are the same identical ones on other sites. Ill keep this short. I lived there for 6months. First 2weeks there was a shooting with K9, helicopters and all. Mailboxes were broken into twice. Security gates worked the last 2 weeks I was there. I never saw security. Non tenants used the gate and pool. Several people have pitbulls. There's lot of weed smoked. People speed thru all hours of the day. Many people are unemployed. There 're currently 3 sex. Offenders on complex. Rent was increased $500 if I didn't renew. My utilities were said to average $70 months. I pAid $130-150 mo. I left the plAce I. Good shape but was only given back my pet deposit. The carpet was filthy when I moved in.. No air conditioning AND 70`s electric heater sucks. WORST PLACE I lived in.
