I would like to commend Ms. Jannie Ashley, the Clinic Manager at the American Laser Center in Carmel, Indianapolis. For the first time, somebody has listened to our concerns and has taken action towards the resolution of our long standing problem. Ms. Ashley has directly talked to the technician that is working on the hair removal and instructed her specifically to do certain things that will improve the results, and she has also devised a plan to be implemented. I found Ms. Ashley courteous, highly Knowledgeable, and more than anything, willing to REALLY help. She is very committed and I am sure that she really will make a big difference in the treatment. I wish the best for Ms. Ashley and highly recommend her Clinic at Carmel, Indianapolis
