NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY HERES WHY ! My husband bought me another blanket from this company , I received the blanket with a huge stain I thought I was going to be able to get it out by putting it in my extra large washer that has the ability to wash king size blankets, in the exact spot that the stain was in the blanket ripped I reported this to the company only to be told I was lying about the blanket . I also informed this company that my husband who is currently deployed with the United States Air Force was lying about his 18 years of service which I took offence to greatly , we were told my husband was not a man of honor and that was a liar. Then I get a phone call from a man claiming to be the owner of imported blanket he started off being extremely rude with me I fired back by expressing that I did not appreciate my husbands honor serving our military was questioned! I expressed that I was extremely upset about the rude and harassing emails and I hung up because this man was trying to correct the problem by having me buy another blanket from the company I declined . By the end of the conversation I was call a stupid white Bitch I again fired back at him then hung up only for the "" business owner "" to call me back I had to threaten to contact the police for harassment due to the rude phone calls and emails. I will never order another thing from this company ever again and I am fully prepared to let every review site know how this company handles business.
