My car is only 5 years old and I've been taking it to Sam and Joe since my purchase. I will never bring my car back. I brought my fully working car in for a battery replacement. After replacing my battery, I experienced extreme electrical problems. I can't let any of my windows down, nor can I unlock or lock my car. The manager, Johnathan, blamed me for the problem and refused to negotiate the problem. Obviously, showing loyalty to this company isn't important. Instead, I have to get someone to fix what Sam and Joe destroyed. Honesty, loyalty and putting customers first is definitely not a requirement for this company. They say they are "committed to providing the highest quality" and "within budget". That statement was completely false because I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake!
