I continue to return to this dealership for service based upon the service advisors. Based on my experience with other dealerships, I have found the service advisors to be well above average: friendly, helpful, and fair. They have made reasonable suggestions, have not tried to oversell me. They seem to understand that I need to keep expenses down. That doesn't necessarily mean I couldn't find service a little cheaper elsewhere, but what I have found is, it isn't worth the hassle to go elsewhere and risk being oversold or getting shoddy work done. Car maintenance and repair is never a fun proposition, but at least I don't have to take sedatives when I go with this dealership! They've earned my business.
