Review content:
When I didn't have insurance, I could not get an appointment with Dentist in the north central, PA area. Aspen Dental accepted me and gave me the opportunity to sign up with a discount plan, this was good. I was always use to high option medical insurance with dental and prescription fully paid by the employer, allowing me to chose my doctors and they were all the best in their field. It was depressing not to have this coverage or any at all. When you have money and good medical coverage you get spoiled without knowing it until you step out of your comfort zone. The staff at this office are pleasant and very professional, beginning with the Office Manager who made me feel special by going out of her way and above the call of duty to assist me with a sensitive situation that could have gone bad. While waiting to be worked in and observing the patients arrive and depart, each one appeared to be happy saying goodbye upon leaving. No one waited more than five minutes before their name was called. Most of all, the sanitary measures. If you ever watched the series on TV called Cheers, the song has a line,""It's nice to go where everybody knows your name."" Or a least address you as they do. Just a sample of how I felt with everyone I encountered. I attended another office and was pleased as well, but there is something about feeling someone really cared about getting you the help you needed and pride in their work. If the staff is made to feel appreciated, it reflects throughout the day in their job performance. A good team.
