Review content:
Although there is a lack of dedicated scrapbooking stores in Phoenix, Kelly Paper fills the hole with an extensive selection of papers, vellums and more. They also have in-house printing and cutting capabilities which is a big plus if you are creating invitations or professional documents. The sales staff is extremely helpful. Although they do not carry a full line of scrapbooking supplies like hole punches, dye cuts, stickers, etc., they are the place for all your paper, vellum and card stock needs.
