Review content:
Very poor customer service, and an absolute disregard for state laws and regulations. Two of my vehicles are registered in NC, I was told by the agent that 'that didn't matter'. In the end I was fined over $150 and threatened to have my tags revoked by the NC DMV due to this agents negligence. Agent INSISTS they did nothing wrong and the vehicles WERE legally insured. I had someone from state farm contact the NC DMV on a conference call with me and the NC DMV was VERY clear that this agent was not licensed to ensure the NC registered vehicles. Agent will not return my calls, and refuses to return my premiums? I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as with the State Commissioner of Insurance. I would not recommend this agent to anyone....
