1. Unprofessional. Dr Broderick did not introduce himself nor examine the dog. Did not explain rationale for providing unnecessary and overpriced anesthesia. Used profanity and became irate when we questioned the need and fee for anesthesia.\r
2. Unethical. Known in the area for providing unnecessary medical diagnostic testing. Extraordinary fee schedule for common practices. Proposed bill for surgery was well over $1000 when our vet performed the procedure for $360. 2 Xrays cost us $533\r

I do not recommend even stepping foot in this office, though I stood there for quite a while before anyone even addressed me. Very disorganized and is recently off suspension for poor record keeping, which I believe he continued to practice through.
