Review content:
I contacted Dr. Geoffrey Broderick for the first time 30 years ago at the Animal Clinic at Southdown, 229 Wall St, Huntington, N.Y, with regard to a cat that belonged to my sister. The cat was only a little over a year old and had suddenly developed breathing problems. We had gone to a local veterinarian who took an x-ray and determined that the cat had cancer and should be put to sleep. In light of the cat?s young age and seemingly otherwise good general health, we decided to seek a second opinion. We selected Dr. Broderick because of his reputation for treating animals more holistically.\r I obtained the x-ray taken by the first veterinarian that had examined the cat and brought it to Dr. Broderick. Reading the exact same x-ray, Dr. Broderick determined that the cat did not have cancer, and that what appeared to be a mass was actually the cats intestines jammed up into the chest cavity. He asked us if the cat had been hit by a car. That was quite possible since he was an outdoor cat
