THIS IS MY EMAIL TO THE MANAGER....
DEAR WHOM EVER IT MAY CONCERN,
I HAD A TERRIBLE TIME ON THE LAC DUC SAINT. IT WASN'T WORTH THE MONEY. THERE ARE TERRIBLE AND RUDE STAFF MEMBERS THAT WORK THERE.
1) I HAD A COUPON CODE THAT I USED IN ORDER TO ORDER MY TICKETS THROUGH PHONE WHICH DISCOUNTED ME $10 OFF EVERY ADULT TICKET. IN MY CASE, IT WAS 3 TICKETS. THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT ALL I NEEDED TO BRING WAS MY CREDIT CARD OR LICENSE TO CONFIRM THE TICKETS WHEN I GOT THERE. WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY, THEY SAID I NEEDED THE COUPONS WITH ME WHEN THEY NEVER TOLD ME TO BRING THE COUPONS IN EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND I HAD USED THE CODE THAT WAS ON THE COUPON!! I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE WITH THEM BECAUSE I HAD A GUEST WITH ME THAT WAS VISITING. ALSO, I HAD TO PAY $30 IN CASH WHEN I HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED. RIDICULOUS.
ANYWAYS, THIS IS FOR ALL YOUR STAFF MEMBERS TO BE MORE SPECIFIC BECAUSE I DID NOT ENJOY MY RIDE AT ALL AND WILL BE GIVING BAD REVIEWS ONLINE AND TO EVERYONE. I SHOULD'VE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK FOR THAT.

ALSO, THE BOATS ARE REALLY, REALLY OLD. TRUST ME, YOU CAN FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO IN LAKE GEORGE THAN GO ON THESE BOATS. NOT WORHT YOUR WHILE.
