Review content:
Over a year ago, we began the dreaded process of gutting our kitchen. We searched and evaluated many different companies both large and small along the 84 corridor and decided on Southbury Kitchens (“SK”). The decision was based on several factors: location, pricing, their ability to listen and interpret our wants, helped with decision-making by sharing their experiences, integrity, sense of urgency and emotional support. As you can imagine with a project this big, things go wrong, in this case not related to the cabinets. SK rallied with us to help us in every possible way to get the desired result we wanted. Our floors had to be redone 3 times and this last final time required cabinet trim that was not included in the contract. SK refused to be paid as all they wanted from us was our final stamp of satisfaction. As my husband and I GC's 2 homes in the past, we can honestly say, we've never worked with such a professional, personable and caring team. Thank you SK... We will be back!
