Review content:
Do not use this company. They installed an AC unit incorrectly and with no insulation. I called them and they said they were not in the area. My husband and I are both elderly and I told him that whatever time, please come. They never came nor did they call. Called numerous times, with no answer. My niece finally got through and advised them that the unit was not installed properly, and he said that he will come and inspect but it will cost $195.00. She asked them why wouldn't it be under warranty and why should he charge to fix their mistake. She told them that if they didn't come out to fix the AC, she would get an attorney. Again, he asked her to "relax" and it will cost $195. When she responded that there will be no payment, he said "sue me then." So, do yourself a favor and never, never use this company
