Tim was very understanding, showed us the three cars we liked, explained to us the positives in each and was very professional with us all day. We really had not made up our mind to buy a truck at all and we were never going to lease ever again. Tim walked us step buy step thru the process and explained to us the benefit of the lease and how we could get more for our money and stay within our budget. We didn't expect to buy anything and left there with a really nice brand new truck at a price we could afford. Our time here was we'll spent and working with Tim was great. Thank you Livermore ford
