This store is one I go to very often when in need of a gift for anyone I know who loves to read or listen to books on tape...The store is a beauty, well laid out and often has great sale displays..They have good inventory but sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help you when you go in for something specific. I'm not sure if that is because they are understaffed or just my timing. Other then that I really do like this store and they have a very good return policy should you buy the wrong thing for the wrong person
