O'Brien was professional through the entire process: from making the appointment; solving our garage door problems; and through the invoicing process. O'Brien arrived with all the right replacement parts, and ours was a complete replacement. All too often repairmen come out without supplies requiring the homeowner to arrange his/her schedule for a two day repair job to accommodate hte repairman. This typically requires someone to take off of work a second day which costs the homeowner more money. So, we really appreciate the professional who comes prepared.
We would definately recommend O'Brien to my neighbors - to my closest friends. And then, I would point them to the local ValuPak envelope that arrives monthly as O'Brien often advertises with a coupon.
