Let's start off by whenever I first called to get a quote they had a special for four tires and get road hazard free rotation and tire repair for about $200 more. Then I took it to the Amb Caffrey location and they charged me $100 more than what I was quoted. Then I took it to the Pinhook location and got an oil change and ask them to rotate my tires but they didn't. And for the Youngsville location
Mitch told me that I did not rotate my tires as specified in my warranty so it was voided. Then he proceeded to tell me that I took advantage of chabills because I have a commercial vehicle and they do not offer the kinds of service that they had given me on the telephone. Then he charged me $20 for tire rotation that they did not do what a winner thanks for the great service.
Called the home office to complain and they said someone would call me back no call.
