People beware. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are crooks and liars. I don't know how they continue to fraud people, but they have been running their scam for a long time. They seem pleasant and reassuring at first, but once you sign your house away it will be the last time you hear from them without having to do a considerable amount of leg work. Communication is literally non-existent. They screen your calls and ignore virtually any and all attempts you make to contact them. They don't actually manage your property. Instead they find the worst possible tenants and bank on them not paying, that way they can kick them out and repeat the cycle. Their contract is confusing and wordy, but I'll some it up for you. Once you sign you give them complete control if your property and you can't do a damn thing about it. They will mismanage your property and money until you are left flat broke and busted. Please, avoid making the biggest mistake of your life and go with ANY company but One Step Realty.
