My medicine cabinet mirrors needed to be replaced, so I brought them to Just Glass and Mirrors, asking them to duplicate them. The machine they used to finish the edges produced a different shape than the original mirrors had. The originals had a rounded edge and theirs was more flat. The rounded edges made a difference of 1/16 ""on top and 1/16"" on the bottom, making their finished product to be 1/8"" too short. I was upset when they wouldn't stay up into the top track of my cabinet and flopped forward, so I brought them back. After a go around with them, they agreed to redo them. It was a challenge dealing with them but in the end, they did make the mirrors the correct height. Perhaps they read the previous negative reviews and wanted to do the right thing. In the end, I am satisfied with the finished product. It was just a bit of a struggle dealing with them over it.
