I can't say anything about their product work because they never kept the appointment we had confirmed the day before for the inspection. After waiting 15 minutes (which is our limit for tardiness), being responsible adults, we called to cancel the appointment.
The phone staff informed us the inspector might be stuck in traffic and could we wait while she checked on it. If the inspector was stuck in traffic or delayed in any way for our confirmed appointment, they should have called their office or us to relay that information like a responsible adult.
The phone staff seemed bothered by the fact that we were not going to wait any additional time for the inspector. In our old fashioned surely outdated book of manners, when you make an appointment and it is confirmed, it should be kept.
We will not be using Ohio State Waterproofing for any of our possible future needs.
