I signed up for the internet just to write this review. Our garage door was binding up and not closing. It took me a while to figure out what it was binding on, but it seemed like it was ultimately caused by the door being too heavy and causing the track to flex, so it needed torsion spring adjustment. I looked at several my town-based garage door repair websites and was turned off by the fear-based sales pitches (your garage door is a death trap waiting for your children to wander by). I found this garage door repair company and came here to see if anyone had any bad things too say... nope. I called Steven and he said he would be there in an hour and a half, and he was. He adjusted the spring tension, screws, trolley arm, and opener travel limits efficiently and clearly with great experience. The door worked perfectly. Very reasonable price, very professional. He is now our go-to guy for garage doors.
