I've had my various insurances through state farm for 15 years. The service and agents were always great and helpful until I moved to the bay area and ended up with this agent. I needed insurance on a new vehicle, she offered me two quotes, I went with the most expensive one. Neither quote included collision, so when a driver hit my parked vehicle Maria told me it was my fault for not specifically asking for collision insurance. She assumed I must deal with insurance every day and should know to ask for collision. I don't know anything about insurance but my default is always to get the most expensive one. I always thought that's what the agent was for, to sell me more insurance. Anyway, dropping state farm because of this agent. Unless you are an expert in insurance I would not suggest doing business here.
