I don't know what it is about the pizza.... The blend of cheeses maybe but it is fantastic. The only thing that keeps this restaurant from getting 5 stars is we were ordering from them on a regular basis (once a week) for over a year. Over the course of two months they forgot to make the pizza about 4 times. It didn't even seem to be a regrettable omission. The only componsation that was offered was a free 2 liter. Needless to say we stopped going for take out. I will rarely go to eat in now when I am craving their pizza. Its a shame.
