Review content:
I rented 6 tables and 46 chairs to be delivered the day before my daughter' Baptism. I was told that I will receive them between 12 pm and 6pm. 6 pm comes no tables or chairs. After one phone call I was told 9pm. 9 pm comes no delivery. After dozens of unanswered calls I finally got in touch with the owner at 11:30 pm. I got no applogy, no explanation, but a rude request to call in the morning to REMIND him to deliver the tables and chairs. Called him in the morning at 6 am. I asked to have the delivery by 7:30am.( they are located within 5 miles of my home). He told me that I should have the tables by 8:30 or 9:00am, that earlier than that is not possible. My daughter's Baptism was at 10:30 am and I still have to set up, decorate,etc. I told him to cancel. My father in law woke up at 6 am and started to colect tables and chairs from relatives. HE was able to deliver by 7:30 am. We had a wonderful Baptism no thanks to Big Top.
