Review content:
Ordered flowers to be sent due to a death in that family for delivery the next day. Flowers never arrived and my card was not charged yet. Called that evening and told them since they did not deliver on time to cancel the order. I was assured my card would not be billed and the order would be cancelled. Next day my card was charged. Called again and spoke to a rude woman who said they did deliver them on time. She said a manager would call me and said 'have a nice day' and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company. No flower arrangement was ever delivered. Had to take it up with my bank to get a refund.
