Did business here for quite some time. 5 years I believe. Everything was great till the agent I dealt with for the first 4 years left. The last year was terrible, not only did they under insure my growing business in workmans comp. They then after an audit decided I owed an additional 7500 dollars in premium, which is standard if you have higher payroll than you projected. Problem is we didn't have higher payroll. They used a lower number to get a cheaper price and look better at renewal time which in the end cost me the same money but instead of being spread out over 12 months it was now put in one. That makes things interesting for a small business. When confronted and asked why this happened they had no answer other than they would try and do better next time. I didn't feel that after a issue like that my business was in good hands with them. Be careful of these people they are dishonest and will lie to your face if it makes them 5 cents. I learned a good lesson. Also if your agent isn't in the office more than 3 hours per day it's pretty obvious they are to busy to take care of your business.
