You are not allowed to display the American US Flag on their property or your balcony! There are in violation of law in requirements applied late fees on the 2nd day of month. Social Security doesn't pay until the 3rd of the month by law; they cannot charge you $55 against social security payments on 3rd! Take them to court-Judge will agree w/federal laws!
