DO NOT USE this company. Please use any other company but this one!! Do NOT waste your money or your time. When I called to confirm, they did not have me on the schedule as they originally said. The receptionist Pamela, was extremely rude about it. When I asked if I could speak to a manager or the owner she stated, "" Are you going to complain or do you want the job done?"". I had already purchased the Groupon and my apartment move out was in two days. She said that someone would call. They never did. When I called the day before to confirm again that I was on the schedule, Pamela, stated, "" I already told you, you were on the schedule."" They arrived 45 minutes late. They spent no more that 15 minutes cleaning a one bedroom apartment and that included the time to set up their equipment. The carpet was drenched, the kitchen floor was covered in water. There were some dirt stains on my carpet and said that they said they couldn't treat unless I was willing to pay extra. End result...$69.00 wasted for someone to dump water all over my carpet.
