Our HVAC quit at the first real hot spell of the season and two weeks before our 6 month check up. They did a great job getting us onto the schedule for the next day, but it was tagged onto the end of the day. That visit simply led to instructions to shut the system down to de-ice. I wish they had recommended that the day before and it would have expedited the process. But, they did make it back at the end of the next day and worked pretty late getting it all done. They took care of the issue that had caused the problem, and also completed our six month summer service rather than deferring it to the appointment set for two weeks later. All in all, they were very responsive given the volume of work on their plate, and the servicemen were very polite and professional.
