Customer Order No. 1045250. First, WHO had the best price of all the estimates I received. Second, WHO answered my telephone call promptly and gave me an accurate time range that I could expect my installer. Third, my installer Kevin just left and it was a pleasure to have him install a replacement water heater in my home. Kevin, was courteous in calling ahead and alerting me that he was on his way to my home. Upon arrival, Kevin, was very professional and polite, he thoroughly scanned the area of my home where the work needed to be done and gave an clear and complete explanation of what was needed to be done for the job to be successful. He provided me with an easy to read estimate. He was knowledgeable and explained step by step what he was doing and why. He explained the functions of the water heater. He was organized, neat and clean as he performed his work and left my home in the condition he found it in. Kevin, also had a pleasant personality as we discussed kick boxing, gopher r
