I've been renting from this location for some time now and I have seen the staff change a few times but one thing that remains the same it the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received EVERY TIME! There is Lucus, Cassie, Kenny (Chitown), Nkecyha and the rest ot the staff. They take care of you not once have I ever had a complant. I'm kinda split with writing this review for YELP and giving the much deserved 5 STAR rating not because they don't deserve it cause again they do. But it just means I may have a more diffcult time with trying to get a car now when i need it so my reasons are seflish. But if you want just real service from people who take their time to serve you, will work with you as best they can and try to accomodate as much as they can ( and really thats all anyone can ask for) then tis is the spot to go to.
