I've had to take animals here a few times, and while it's pricey, I had expected the "after hours" and "weekend" charges as I'm familiar with that from other 24/7 vet offices as well. Amazing facility, very accommodating - when my cat was terminally ill, they let me visit whatever the time of day or night, and were incredibly polite despite my repeated phone calls. All but one vet was very nice and helpful and the reception staff was also always pleasant. Always willing to answer a slew of questions over the phone as well, when my regular vet isn't available. Great technology and impressive facility. I've been there multiple times for emergencies with multiple pets, and my regular vet started here before she opened her own practice. Not the place to go if you need a specialist, or as a regular vet, but a good practice for an emergency - just be aware of the prices in advance!
