Review content:
I'm writing to let you know what a wonderful staff you have! From the moment we walked in the door on 1/24/11 until our dog was discharged our experience with the staff was always positive. When we arrived 2 receptionists were friendly and quick to alert the medical staff to assess our dog's condition. Dr. Barnes was quick to diagnose our beloved black lab, Raider's condition - he had ingested rat poison! If it wasn't for Dr. Barnes' quick diagnosis and subsequent treatment, Raider would probably not be here today. I found out that one of your technicians sat in Raider's room most of the night comforting him - that meant the world to me. So, as you can see our experience at Newton Veterinary Hospital was overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we arrived until the day of dischage the professional, caring and friendly characteristics of the staff was clearly evident and no doubt contributed to saving our Raider! Thank you! Agnes D and family
