Review content:
Much too expensive and very unsatisfactory care for my pets. They are very focused on image and money, and little about the medicine they practice - and it shows. Their technicians need to go back to school - one suggested I get my dog's teeth cleaned, when I said she just had them cleaned she said, "Oh, that's OK - we're supposed to tell everyone that." I asked her where she got her degree from, she laughed, "I didn't go to school for this - they just hired me." One veterinarian told me my dog should only eat the prescription diet she recommended (and I could only buy at Newton Vet). I went to see an Internal Medicine Specialist for another problem and the Specialist told me "That's nonsense - any good-quality store-bought dog food is fine for most pets." My neighbor rushed her dog in, after it got hit by a car, the OWNER OF THE HOSPITAL handed the dying dog to a teenage assistant to "take into the back" while he TYPED UP AN ESTIMATE - How callous can you be? The dog died. 30
