Review content:
Wilson sent me an email June 12, 2014 requesting to speak with me, the email indicated that she would file an entry of appearance on my behalf with the court early next week, but wanted to speak with me about how I wish to proceed in the case. My original email to Wilson, was on June 2, 2014, yet her initial response was June12, 2014. I responded in like with an email June 13, 2014 8:21am, Eastern Time and she would have received the email prior to her firm’s business hours in the Midwest. The email was informing Wilson, that based on client reviews and in addition to after careful review of her contract that I did not believe her practice would be a good fit for me.\r Mind you Wilson stated that her intentions were to file with the court early next week, which would have been the week of the 15th, but from a letter received in the mail today June 16th, she appears to have accelerated her filings, Judith, left a voicemail with me on June 13, 2014, indicating that she would like to speak with me in response to my email, I did not return her call. Yet she proceeded to go to the courthouse and file. I have not signed a contract with her firm, as a matter of fact I told her I was not going to, yet in response to my expressing my opinion her practice decides to file in spite of.\r My reason for not retaining Wilson, was due to her practice low rating out of five reviews not one client would recommend her, and out of five stars she received 3.7 star rating. \r At the time that her practice charged me and at the time I instructed her practice that I would NOT be interested in retaining their services, NO services were rendered, not UNTIL the email indicating that the practice was not a good fit. \r
