My sister has been taking her dogs to Manchester West for years and has only great things to say about the staff and the facility. Knowing how she felt about Manchester West, I recently took my kitten Penelope to Dr. Bechtel to be spayed. Being an ""overprotective pet owner"" like myself, I was very nervous knowing I would be leaving her for an entire day. Once I arrived at the vet's office and spoke with the techs I was no longer nervous yet very comforted by everyone there and I knew that Penelope would be in amazing hands! And she definitely was. They kept in touch with me that afternoon, before and after Penelope's surgery, and even made a follow up phone call a few days after she came home to make sure I knew to call with any sort of question I might have, and of course to see how she was doing! I will most definitely be taking my kitties to Manchester West for every occasion! Thanks so much to all of the techs and Dr. B for taking such good care of my baby!
