They seem professional...for the most part. However they were not very thorough and missed many key and expensive items that were found later by a second inspection. They failed to check all the appliances (fridge and washer/dryer). In the report they are more worried about covering for themselves than the quality of the work for example the water pipe "may be leaking but is hard to get to" and one of the appliances they never checked "appears serviceable". It is an appliance so I guess it is serviceable but....is it working? For the amount they charge $500+ depending on the home, they provide the services associated with a basic home inspector ($125) who for a quarter of the cost would probably do a better job. Not at all what you expect from an engineers report. Also, they claim to be 200% guaranteed, until you tell them you are unhappy and want your money back, then the story changes very quickly into "I explained your concerns so you should now be happy".
