I called them on Monday and Steven was at my place this morning. He showed up, took one look at the bent door and unattached arm, and said he knew exactly how to fix it. Sure enough, an hour later he was finished, having also adjusted a coil, a plate at the bottom of the door which had been improperly installed, and a hanging cable. Oh yeah, and he still charged me what he had quoted me before all the extra stuff. He was also professional and very friendly, thankfully ignoring the used condom one of the other condominium residents indelicately left in the parking lot. It's also worth mentioning that they have a six-month labor warranty on their work if something goes wrong. Needless to say, if I ever need any work done again, I'm calling this garage door company
(Though I don't know much about garage door repair, the price seemed way reasonable, especially given that I thought they might have to replace a panel. All the work including parts was $110.)
