I was a first time owner, but to anyone and everyone interested in a future purchase I would recommend Gibs RV. Everyone was friendly and the RV was thoroughly explained to me as I looked at it from the Salesman to the technician. Came back the next week to finalize the purchase and pick it up. It was amazing detailed and while I was waiting the salesman took me over to the parts department and introduced me to the parts managers and purchased a few things I needed for the RV while I was there. I did realize that there were items I do need to purchase in the future for the RV. Questions were answered. I never felt lost, and was constantly tended to. Everyone I talked to there greeted me with a smile and helped me knowledge wise and made me feel wanted a part of their family. When the time comes to upgrade Gibs Rv Supertore will be the place I will go to.
