I got the name of Mike Ductworks from my friend to clean our HVAC duct work. The odor coming into the house was unlivable for my children who are allergic to mold and mildew. So, we contacted Mike Ductworks to clean our ducts in the attic (we have a separate heating and cooling system). They responded with good cheer, on time, and well prepared. They went into the attic looked at my air handler and took pictures. Cleaning the DUCTS was not going to fix the odor problem my children were suffering from. That is one of those "good news, bad news" lines you get. The bad news is cleaning your ducts is not going to fix this problem. The good news was they just saved me the cost of the service.
