Took my late model Mercedes to Starr's automotive because the battery was going flat. They quoted $75.00 to diagnose the problem. After two days, the called and said they needed more time, properly to diagnose the problem and wanted me to authorize additional charges. They had the car for a week and charged $900 to replace an overhead control module (a dome light) yet knew up front that they did not have the necessary equipment to program it, requiring a $300.00 trip to the dealer. \r

When I dropped the car off they promised it in a couple of days, well that turned into a week, and I had to go to work out of town for a month. They said it would be no problem to pick it up when I got back.That turned out not to be the case.\r
